Celebrate Good Times, Come On!

I'm breaking the silence! Everything is finally official! Whew does that feel good.

After a grueling weekend of waiting, I finally have some great news to report! I was offered and accepted a job with Jones, Hill, McFarland, and Ellis this afternoon!!!!!!! I am SO excited. God is amazing in His provision of this opportunity, just at the right time! I will be an environmental consultant.

We have not yet worked out a start date, but I did put in my 2 weeks notice at my current job this afternoon. So, sometime around the end of May or beginning of June we plan to make our move.

Some possible good news on the house-selling front as well... We recieved an offer on our house yesterday, and we presented a counter offer. We are still waiting to hear back on that counter. The only thing that could make this day better is if our house sold on the same day! Wouldn't that be nice?

Thank you all for your love and prayers through this extended transition period of our lives. We have definitely felt it! We can't wait to be together as a family again.
